Owner and Head Chef Dina Morgan and her husband Kelly have been living in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver since 2007.  Dina grew up outside of Chicago and Kelly was born in Vancouver and grew up in Toronto.  They met when the two went to the same high school in Israel and reconnected 20 some years later.

Fun-loving mother of two, self-proclaimed hippie tree hugger, and lover of all things plant and animal, Dina noticed an unsettling trend in the cannabis industry…most edibles on the market were filled with tons of sugar and processed ingredients!  Dina always held a passion for cooking and helping others and seized the opportunity to be part of helping carve out a new industry as a Woman Owned Cannabiz. Having attended Purdue University studying Restaurant and Hotel Management but never having opportunity to apply her studies, she suddenly saw a way to blend her education and her two loves, while exploring the fascinating world of plant based healing.

In 2017, Dina founded Mystic Crone Edibles, where every product is natural, as close to farm to table as possible and preservative free! She spent many hours studying the flavour profiles in terpenes and explored various pairings, akin to pairing wines, that would blend well with her from the heart cooking. She experimented with maple sugar and fair trade dried sugar cane as a replacement for refined sweetener, to much success. Soon enough, she also began adding in savory items like BBQ Sauce, inspired by her time living in New Mexico. Some of Dina’s favourite treats on the menu include her raw honey from local farmers, decadent fudge, and her BBQ sauce! Every product is made to order and customizable.

The Morgan's have also begun to delve further into the medicinal healing, non psychoactive compounds of the cannabis plant.  THCA Tinctures, CBD oils, and CBN Herbal Tea blends have become her most popular offerings.  

 

Dina prides herself in truly getting to know her clients, in order to best address their individual needs - whether it be to alleviate stress, pain & inflammation, sleep more soundly or to simply feel more light-hearted during the day. She hopes to inspire others to explore their personal journeys in a delicious way. Dina is also passionate about educating others on the benefits of cannabis.
